I chose Value doors as I needed the door replaced quickly. The lady I initially spoke to was really friendly and helpful and she got the owner (I think his name was Dave) to call me back within 5 mins. He was also incredibly helpful and polite, arranging to have the installer (Bob Walker) round to see me that evening. The kind, polite treatment and efficient service was a large factor in choosing this company. Unfortunately there was some sort of problem with the ordering and I ended up waiting an extra week - this was inconvenient and stressful. However throughout all of this Bob Walker was polite, very apologetic and honest about the problem - which I appreciated.He installed the door as soon as it arrived and has done it beautifully.
