Bernard was asked to call from the Bournemouth area because the local Southampton gentlemen was not available. He was polite and professional. The doors are fitted to a victorian terraced property - the front door is wide and has a high ceiling as well as walls which are not perfectly true; the back door surprised us with the 4" cavity wall spacing. Bernard adapted the "typical" installation to accommodate for the unusual features using his carpentry skills. I'm not sure an employee of one of the big nationals without the broader carpentry knowledge would have coped. He appears to have done a marvelous job. I would gladly recommend his services.
