We were very pleased with the service provided. The installation was completed to our satisfaction and the quality of work was of a good level. The only issue we had was regarding the option of different locking systems, which we were not made aware of when we initially placed the order. Upon installation it became apparent that it would be necessary to lock the door upon entering and exiting the property. This was queried with the installer who stated at the time of placing the order we were given the option of the door self locking when entering the property without having to use the key, however, this was not the case. On the day of installation we were told it may still be possible to have the self locking system, although at an additional cost.
