Very happy with customer service from initial phone call with head office, then initial meeting with Paul, through to fitting of door provided by Paul and Peter. Overall the door took longer to arrange than first hoped, due to first busy Christmas schedule (which I was told about at initial meeting with Paul), then the door failing Quality Assessment (the panel had to be taken out to remove incorrect glass fitted apparently), which then put it back a further couple of weeks. To be fair I was kept reasonably up-to-date with progress, and the delay was kept to a minimum despite the QA issue/festive period slow-down. Lastly, there was a small but noticeable scratch on the door, possibly due to the QA resolution, which I realised only the day after the door had been fitted. Paul responded to my message very quickly, despite it being the weekend, and came back pretty much back the next working day. He did his best to clear up the scratch without fuss, which although unfortunately is still 'there', it certainly is not as noticeable… either way, I still have to say that the door really looks great and finishes the presentation of the front of the house amazingly!
